How to Apply for Bank of Baroda ATM Card Online
You can apply for Baroda ATM Card online using Baroda M-Connect App or Bank of Baroda Internet Banking Portal. In this post i am going to explain how to apply for BOB Debit Card on Bank of Baroda Mobile Banking App in step by step manner. I assume you already know how to access this app.
Step 1: Open the app and login. On the dashboard, you can find ‘Request Services’ option. Tap It.
Step 2: In the following screen, tap on ‘Debit Card Request’ option. Next, choose the account for which you need an ATM card.
Step 3: Now you will see all types of debit cards offered by BOB once you tap on ‘Card Type’ drop down option. Choose the one you want based upon your requirement.
Step 4: On the next screen, it will display your account number, card type you choose, card delivery address and customer name on card. You can change the card type and you can also check the card features by clicking on ‘I’ option next to card type. After verifying the particulars, tap on proceed.
Step 5: Next check and confirm the details. Once click on Confirm, it will ask for mPin. Just enter mPin for final submission of BOB ATM Card request online.

BOB ATM Pin Generation at ATM Center, Online & Through SMS
You can generate Bank of Baroda debit card pin for BOB debit card only at ATM center. You cannot change BOB Pin online or though SMS. Follow the steps explained below to generate pin for new atm card or reset pin number for existing debit cards in case of forgot debit card pin.
Step 1: Visit your nearest BOB ATM center. Insert your ATM Card and select “Set/ Re- Generate PIN” option on the screen.
Step 2: Enter your account No. then Re-enter your account number and OTP received on your registered mobile number.
Step 3: Once these details are verified, you will br prompted to set new PIN Number. Now you can use your new pin for any atm transactions.
Note: For this process to work, you must have registered your mobile number with your bank account. If not, please contact your Bank of Baroda branch for registering mobile number.
In case, you are not able to generate Debit Card PIN, please contact branch or call contact Center helpline 1800 102 44 55 for requesting physical PIN mailer.
How to Block BOB ATM Card
If you have lost bank of baroda atm card, you have to block / hotlist the card immediately. For this purpose, you can contact BOB support team to report loss or theft of your card. You can also hotlist bob debit card on mobile banking app and internet banking portal.

Internet Banking Portal:
You can hotlist bank of baroda debit card through BOB Internet Banking Portal.
Login to the bank of baroda internet banking portal.
Click on Services > Under ‘My Accounts’ Section > Debit Card Blocking.
Now select the card to block and enter internet banking user id and transaction password to confirm card block.
Mobile Banking App:
Login to the app.

Unblock Bank of Baroda ATM Card
BOB ATM Card will blocked in 2 cases.
Soft Blocking: If you have entered PIN number wrongly for 3 times at ATM within 24 hrs, debit card will be blocked for next 24 hrs. In this case, card will be unblocked automatically after 24 hours.
Hard Blocking: After 12 attempts of wrong pin in a MONTH debit card will be blocked permanently. In this case, you can only request for card replacement through following customer care number or through bank branch.

1. What is eligibility criteria for debit card issuing?
Ans: The Card can be issued to Individuals with Savings, Current and Overdraft accounts. In case of joint accounts, the account holders should give mandate to operate account as ‘either or survivor’ to get eligibility for the card. The card can be issued to any one of the account holders or to all the joint account holders.
2. Did BOB debit ATM charges even for balance enquiry after eligible free transactions in other bank ATMs?
Ans: Yes. If you have exceeded the free atm transaction limit in Metro ATM-3, Non Metro-5 in other bank ATMs, you be charged Rs.10 + GST for Bank of Baroda Balance Check.
3. I lost my Debit Card. Do i need to pay charges for card replacement?
Ans: Yes. To replace lost debit card, you be charged Rs. 200 + GST.
4. Can i link my other accounts to the atm card that i currently have?
